All firearms will be shipped to the premise address on the FFL license. All licenses will be validated through FFL EZ Check and must match exactly to avoid delays and cancellations. The receiving dealer is responsible for ensuring that Argos Ordnance has an updated copy of the FFL license.
No firearms or ammunition will be shipped to a Post Office Box.
Freight Forwarding is required for shipments to Alaska.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on your chosen shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Gunsmithing and Other Services:
You may ship any non-regulated part(s) to use for service in any manner or shipping speed you prefer. We will return your item via the method you selected at checkout when placing your order for service.
Shipment of Firearms and other Controlled Items:
All regulated items must be shipped in accordance with Federal and State Laws.
You may ship us a long gun or stripped receiver for engraving or other work via USPS. See their policy for details and the ATF FAQ. Complete handguns and handgun frames must be shipped 2-Day Air minimum using a common or contract carrier service such as FedEx or UPS. You can find their firearms shipping policies below, as they have recently changed to preclude individuals from shipping firearms using their services.
There are services available online to ship firearms as a non-licensee (i.e., ShipMyGun.com), or you can employ the services of a local FFL to ship your item to us. We still require a copy of your current and valid driver's license to be included in the package. The item is logged into our books from you (the customer), not the FFL or shipping service. We will return your item to the address listed on your driver's license using your carrier of choice provided at the time of your order. You are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility for service.

You may return most new, unopened NON-FFL items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within two-four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
